The call for initial positions for the review of the Smitheries and Foundries (SF) BREF has been issued. Deadline for submitting positions: 15 March 2019.

27 February 2019: The thirteenth meeting of the IED Article 13 forum took place to give an opinion on the BREF for Waste Incineration (WI), to continue discussion on the work programme and on the standard texts for BAT conclusions, and to discuss Forum membership.

The call for initial positions for the review of the Slaughterhouses and Animal By-Products Industry (SA) BREF has been issued. Deadline for submitting positions: 15 February 2019.

The final draft of the revised BREF for Waste Incineration (WI) has been issued on 14/12/2018. Deadline to receive IED Article 13 Forum comments: 1 February 2019.

10-14 December 2018: Final TWG meeting for the review of the Surface Treatment using Organic Solvents (STS) BREF (including Wood and Wood Products Preservation) in Seville.

28 November 2018: The twelfth meeting of the IED Article 13 forum took place to give an opinion on the BREF on Food, Drink and Milk (FDM) as well as to discuss standard texts for BAT conclusions and the update of the work programme for 2019.

The kick-off meeting for the drawing up of the Wood-based Panels (WBP) BREF took place in Seville

The revised BREF for Waste Treatment (WT) has been issued on 22/10/2018.

The final draft of the revised BREF on Food, Drink and Milk (FDM) has been issued on 04/10/2018. Deadline to receive IED Article 13 Forum comments: 7 November 2018.

The Commission implementing decision establishing the BAT conclusions for Waste Treatment has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
