Sign in with EU Login

BATIS does not support at this moment signing in with an electronic identification (eID).

If you do not have an EU Login account, click the Create an account link and complete and submit the form. Please note that the e-mail address registered in EU Login does not require being the same as in BATIS. A confirmation email with a link will be sent allowing you to create your password and complete the process.

Please note that active members of EU staff do not need to create an EU Login account.

You already have a BATIS account

If your EU Login account is already connected to your BATIS account, then you will have access automatically to the restricted area. Otherwise, you will still have to provide some information about your account and yourself.

You already have a BATIS account

Fill in the Regain access to my BATIS account form with the username and email address of your BATIS account. You can also provide the names of the Technical Working Groups you are member of, your name, or even details about your other accounts in BATIS, in case you have more than one. All of this will serve the system and the EIPCCB Secretariat to match your BATIS and EU Login accounts. This process is not automated and the EIPPCB Secretariat will carefully review all requests. You will receive an email when your BATIS account is enabled.

If you have more than one BATIS account, it is not necessary to follow this process for each of them. The system will try to find all your accounts based on your name, usernames, and email addresses. Please contact us if you think there is something missing or any kind of error.

You do not have a BATIS account

If you have been nominated as member of a Technical Working Group or the IED Forum, and do not have a BATIS account yet, then fill in the New BATIS account form. It is important you provide your name and email address, in case they are not same as in your EU Login account, that have been notified to the authors or managers of the Technical Working Groups you want to participate in. You will receive an email when your BATIS account is enabled.

You are member of a shadow group or had received an invitation

All members of shadow groups should have received an email with a unique link. To validate your membership, click on that link and sign in with EU Login, creating a new account if necessary.

Likewise, if you had received an invitation to join a shadow group that was not fulfilled yet, you should have received another notification indicating that the invitation is no longer valid and including another link. Click on the new link and sign in with EU Login, creating a new account if necessary.

In both cases, do not share any of those links because they are only for you. If for any reason, you have not received the email with the link, please ask the owner of the shadow group to send a new email.

You have multiple BATIS accounts

You can have several BATIS accounts connected to just one EU Login account. For example, you may be a member of a Technical Working Group and at the same time participate as shadow group member in a different TWG. If after signing in with EU Login, the system detects that you have more than one account, you will be presented with a page where you will be able to select your role in that session. Just click on one of the cards representing an account and submit the form.

If you later need to enter with a different account, log out and repeat the process.
