Following the online meeting of the Industrial Emissions Directive Article 75 Committee, the Commission has launched a written procedure to vote on the draft Commission Implementing Decision establishing the best available techniques (BAT) conclusions, for the ferrous metals processing industry (FMP) until 17 June 2022. The outcome of the written procedure will be notified no later than 1 July.
