28 November 2018: The twelfth meeting of the IED Article 13 forum took place to give an opinion on the BREF on Food, Drink and Milk (FDM) as well as to discuss standard texts for BAT conclusions and the update of the work programme for 2019.

The revised BREF for Waste Treatment (WT) has been issued on 22/10/2018.

The final draft of the revised BREF on Food, Drink and Milk (FDM) has been issued on 04/10/2018. Deadline to receive IED Article 13 Forum comments: 7 November 2018.

The Commission implementing decision establishing the BAT conclusions for Waste Treatment has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The JRC Reference Report on Monitoring of Emissions to Air and Water from IED Installations has been issued on 02/07/2018.

The thirteenth meeting of the IED Article 75 Committee took place to give an opinion on the BAT conclusions for Waste Treatment (WT).
